Complain: My mothers airtel prepaid number 9937545452 of 3 years is disconnected and allocated to someone else. No one has given a call to submit documents or no letter is received. One fine day the number is gone. Is this the way to treat customers. There are so many memories and sentiments attached to a number. Does Airtel understands that? Even if you have blocked the number wait for a year or 2 before you can recycle it back.

Is there a solution to this to get back the number?
