I am prasanth J from Chennai, i did purchase honda activa on 4th jan 2011,

My Frame number of the activa is ME4JC44-9MA8205673, Engine Number is: JC44E-1082449.

Since the purchase of vehicle i have facing the problem with the engine(excess noise) and whenever i gave it to kun honda for service i have mentioned about it to the service engineer /supervisor. I did miss the third service since i was traveling. Recently i had given my vehicle to the above dealer for the paid service
and he informed me that the engine is having a major problem and it needs to be opened. I could not digest the fact the honda engine requires such service
within 1 year of purchase.The supervisor informed me that the total charges would be close to Rs.8000 approximately.Since it is under warranty i request
Honda to help me in resolving this issue. I have already been using honda activa for the past five years at my native place and based on the experience i bought the new on and had a terrible experience.
