Reject Piece given
I purchased a Videocon Split A/C from Shivem Electronics (Pushkar, Ajmer). From the first day I started complaining about the cooling of the A/C but the owner and service center in Ajmer both just ignored and said it’s fine.

after 2 months the A/C was even worst than a cooler. It was only making big noise and there was no cooling at all.

We got a rejected piece of Split A/C which was not able to do any cooling.

Is there anybody who can help us to fight against Videocon.

I will suggest to buy a cooler instead of videocon A/C. never buy Videocon product because they don’t have anyone to look after sales. They are real cheater. Selling shit in India.

Please don’t buy Videocon product.
